1st and 2nd top scorers for both women and men

It’s a race for the best

As the season takes a break until 7th September, we look at the players who have stood out are battling for the top.

The race for the top score stands between Ongom Francis of Ndejje University-65 and Kisalita Ismail of Makerere University-62. The same players finished the 2018 season as 1st and 2nd top scorers for men respectively. It is however too early to determine who shall win this title. Obur Jimmy of Prisons ties in with Alworunga Chester of UPDF toe in on 3rd place, while Aboku Dan of Makerere University is also chasing the pack at 57 goals.

The women are however scoring more Goals with Lamunu Scovia of Uganda Prisons leading with 85 goals and Nkumba University’s Ondoa Doreen in 2nd position with 81 goals. The ace here is among the top 3, with Bako Shakira of Kawanda Secondary School having 74 goals. The 4th position is claimed by both Aedeke Sharon of Nkumba University and MumenaTausi of Prisons Spears at 55 goals.

League action resumes on 31st August 2019 at Kibuli Police Children’s Primary School
